Quadricle

started with an amazing finger painting of a stallion. took a step back and looked at it, really pondering the strengths and weaknesses of the piece as a whole. and I came to the conclusion that it wasn't good at all. scrapped it. moved on to do a crude crayon drawing of a pony (used color "Purple Pizzazz"), really rough and gestural. scanned it in, brought it into mspaint. did some corrections based on anatomy studies and other cleanup on it there. took that work into photoshop. made a new layer, filled it with 50% grey then I did this.
